Do It Yourself Pest Control
Do you want to tackle the pest control job yourself? We are happy to advise you on how to do your own pest control. Our tech will work with you on how to fix the pest problems you are having.
Wildlife Deterrent
It is illegal for us to trap or harass wildlife in any way. Examples of wildlife include bats, birds, and squirrels. We recommend that you contact a Wildlife Control Officer about removing them. We can, however, help fix any damage they may have done or install deterents to keep them from causing more problems.
Inspection fees
We charge $75 inspection fee to come out and review your needs. If you decide to use any of the services our tech recommends, your inspection fee is waived.
We offer a discount for the first estimate we provide for public servants including first responders, veterans, and teachers.
Warranty
Our pest control service has a 60-day warranty. Exclusion work (to keep critters out) is normally warrantied for 12 months. Some situations may be on a case-by-case basis, and we will discuss this with you before we do any work.
